ASI 8155, Extensive Sleeve for Specimen Pass Box, 5-1/2" to 9-7/8" wall depth - The ASI Stainless Steel 8155 Extensive Sleeve is designed to coordinate with the ASI 8154 Specimen Pass Thru Cabinet, allowing the unit to be utilized hospitals, examining rooms and medical testing centers, where the walls are extra thick and otherwise would not be able to accommodate the cabinet. To use the sleeve, a rough opening that measures 11-1/2 inches in width by 11 inches in height is required. In addition, the wall must be between 5-1/2 inches and 9-7/8 in thickness. If the wall is thinner, the ASI 8154 can be used without the sleeve. The sleeve consists of a cabinet crafted from 18-8 alloy, type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel. The flange and trim on the unit are 1 inch wide and are well buffed to prevent miters and burrs for added safety. All of the exposed surfaces in the specimen pass-thru cabinet have an attractive, smudge-resistant, yet luminous, satin finish. s
