VTT Is proud to introduce the GC and GC+ line of turbochargers for the DAZA, and DNWA 2.5L AudiEngines.<br><br>These units are a white sheet design based around the factory turbocharger footprint while removing all the factory restrictions left when people stuff larger wheels into factory housings., AKA &ldquo;Hybrid&rdquo; These turbos are priced outright meaning no core charges. Keep your factory turbo in case you ever need to go back to stock, sell it to recoup some of your investment, etc. This also means no downtime, once we have the units on the shelf, you order -> We ship&hellip;<br><br>We start with our investment cast 310SS turbine housing/manifold with improved runner design for better velocity and flow. We couple this with a turbine housing AR increase from .65 on the OE housing to .85 on the VTT housing this will allow much more flow before reaching the backpressure limit while keeping good response. Following the factory footprint allows any existing downpipes on the market for factory turbo to be retained.<br><br>Next is the Compressor housing. Custom cast with the factory footprint but we do away with the 2 bolt inlet, and have a simplified 3&rdquo; barbed inlet coupled with our 3-4&rdquo; reinforced silicone turbo inlet that will mate with any 4&rdquo; inlet on the market. Following the factory footprint also allows the turbo to accept our silicone reinforced charge pipes or any already available hot side charge pipe options. Boost control options are 1. Reusing the factory vacuum actuator or 2. Upgrading to a boost controlled model will be available (requires tuning changes)<br><br>Next is the CHRA, which is custom cast around the stock turbo footprint and designed to accept our wheel designs, as well as updated internals with a more robust thrust bearing over the stock design. Following the factory, footprint allows all factory lines to be reused, with no need for additional lines or adapters. True plug, and play. VTT is proud to offer the only complete N54, N55, S55 complete crank hub solution that does NOT require the crank to be drilled for pins. Our hub uses our proprietary &ldquo;Spline Lock&rdquo; technology that uses high tolerance machined splines which press into the crank, and positively lock the hub to the crank. The splines are machined in such a way that rotational forces drive the hub, and splines deeper into the crank meaning when the hub encounters a situation that would normally slip a stock hub the splined hub is driven into the crank to keep it in place (much like a splined extractor). We spent many months testing, and retesting this design, utilizing well over 10 different samples to come to our final production version. During testing, our final hub managed to break our testing rig before slipping. These have been bench tested, and real-world tested on the VTT N54 race car spinning 8K RPM, and making well over 900WHP. This technology means our hub installs the same as a stock hub, with no drilling of the crank, which means MUCH less labor is involved and is reversible if ever wanting to be uninstalled leaving no holes in the crank. The &ldquo;Spline Lock&rdquo; is ONLY available with the VTT Crank bolt capture for the ULTIMATE Crank Hub solution for your BMW. These parts are designed to be used together, and the spline lock should not run without the CBC.<br><br>VTT &ldquo;Spline Lock&rdquo; Crank hubs are CNC manufactured from 440C tool Steel with a Rockwell rating of HRC60 for the ultimate in durability, and toughness.<br><br>We suggest the Crank Hub System ONLY be installed by a qualified shop or technician. Timing tools are 100% REQUIRED if installed improperlyEngine damage may occur.<br>
VTT is proud to offer the very best Cold Side charge pipe solution for the BMW E Series N54/55 platforms. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and mule-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipe rated at over 200 psi. They are molded for the perfect fit in your Engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the Engine or ambient heat. Another huge benefit is only TWO connections which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so the pipe can&rsquo;t blow off.<br><br>The N54 pipe has the option to add either a Turbosmart BOV, HKS BOV flange, or BOV.<br><br>This is the EASIEST N54/55 charge pipe on the market to install hands down. Install takes about half an hour even if you are inexperienced with working on your car, can take as little as 15-20 minutes if you have had it apart a few times.<br><br><strong>Dimensions for the pipes are as follows:</strong><br><br>Cold Side Pipe: 64mm or 2.50&Prime; on the connection to the turbo outlet opening up immediately to 77mm or 3&Prime; and remaining a FULL 3&Prime; to the throttle body inlet.<br><br><strong>The kit includes:</strong><ul><li>VTT Cold Side Silicone Charge pipe</li><li>2 VTT Branded CNC adapters to mount the map sensor, and a methanol bung</li><li>1 VTT Branded CNC adapter for the TB inlet</li><li>2 VTT branded T-Bolt Clamps</li><li>1 1/8 NPT port is included in the charge pipe for methanol</li></ul><strong>Note:</strong> These pipes will fit all center-mount aftermarket manifolds we have tested.<br>
