TTE1020 EA825 4. 0TFSI UPGRADE TURBOCHARGERS<br><br>Welcome, to our TTE1020 Upgrade turbocharger stage for the new EA825 4. 0L TFSI displacement motor fitted to the AUDI RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60TFSI D5, PORSCHE CAYENNE, PANAMERA, LAMBORGHINI URUS. <br><br>For this stage, we fit Larger TTE Billet compressors and increase the inlet on the compressor housing and also fit larger TTE 9blade exhaust turbines and mill the exhaust housing to suit for great power capacity. <br><br><strong>Equilibrium</strong><br><br>Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document. <br>
TTE535 IS38 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER<br><br>VAG 2. 0 / 1. 8TSI EA888. 3 MQB TTE535 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER<br><br>TTE535 hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger based on the Original IS38 turbocharger for the 3rd generation VAG 2. 0TSI following on from our TTE525R upgrade stage. Stage 3+ power, with great spool and response. We feel this is the best balanced performing hybrid IS38 available on offer. <br><br><strong>Engineered & Enhanced EA888 Gen 3 - IS38</strong><br><br>To construct a TTE535 we change the original compressor and employ a far larger and more efficient billet wheel with extended tip technology and mill the compressor cover to optimum gap to match the new compressor profile. We replace the original IS38 turbine and CNC mill the turbine housing to install a larger lightweight 9 blade turbine for greater gas flow. We also replace the original thrust bearing for TTE upgrade 360 deg that is made in-house. <br><br>We also fit our TTE CNC silencer delete. Modifying the turbo discharge silencer, removing the original baffle internals and fitting a new straight through section, removing any restriction and its function as a noise canceling device, and so improving the flow and enhancing the sound. <br><br>The 9 Blade TTE turbine is a special turbine designed by TheTurboEngineers. Advantages are greater gas flow, reducing back pressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures, allowing safer higher boost levels. TTE777 2. 5TFSI CZGB / CEPA UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER<br><br>TTE777 Turbocharger for the AUDI TTRS 8J / RS3 8P, 8V. 1 / RS Q3 2. 5TFSI TTE700 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER <br><br>A TTE777 Is an original RS3 8V. 2/TTRS 8S DAZA, DNWA turbocharger that we the THETURBOENGINEERS Rework to make a class-leading performance hybrid for the older generation CEPA & CZGB motors. <br><br>To make a TTE777 the compressor wheel is exchanged for a TTE milled aluminum wheel with state-of-the-art geometry, 7+7 blade so producing extra power, that's even bigger then TTE700 wheel. Equally, we change the original exhaust turbine for a far larger but very lightweight 9 blade TTE designed the turbine for lower exhaust gas backpressure giving greater performance. We also fitted a TTE motorsport upgrade bearing system for durability. <br><br>Boost response as always is focused on when we were designing this unit and it does not disappoint. <br><br>With the TTE777 stage we have CNC ported the exhaust manifold to match the OEM gasket at the head flange and smooth the transition in each exhaust runner to improve gas speed and flow, so improving efficiency to the much bigger 9 blade low mass turbine and so driving the larger compressor harder. We also made other power modifications with regards to the turbine side of the TTE777 unit to increase gas flow. <br><br>If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety. <br><br><strong>Equilibrium</strong><br><br>Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount.
