Not to be applied on top of old urethane.<br/> Use CRL POWR 300 Series Urethane EPDM/PVC Primer/UV Blocker <a href=\"/search?keyword=PP3UV\">PP3UV</a> for bonding to encapsulated parts and moldings or adding a black-out band to glass without a frit to protect the bond line from ultraviolet light. CRL POWR 300 Series Urethane Pinchweld Primer <a href=\"/search?keyword=PP3MP\">PP3MP</a> is for application to bare metal scratches and rust repaired or repainted pinchwelds prior to bonding. Use <a href=\"/search?keyword=PWR22\">PWR22</a> CRL Automotive Glass Cleaner to clean the glass and bonding area of the glass to remove any contamination.<br/> By using these products, the strongest possible bond will be attained.
