Both of these designs come with 15-1/2\" wide backs to provide satisfying lumbar support. These backed-stools each allow for effortless seat height adjustments. They meet or exceed ANSI/BIFMA industry standards. Independent back tilt adjustments allow for maximum support and comfort for extended periods of sitting. The firmness of the thick 3-1/2\" seats has been derived after 25 years of extensive research and testing to provide supreme comfort today, and for years to come.
