The BA310Pol is a versatile system suited for a wide range of petrography, minerology, and material science applications where affordability and ease-of-use are key requirements. The strain-free CCIS optics, built-up around a sturdy frame with centerable objectives, provide reproducible, high fidelity images. Full polarization is provided through the focusable and centerable Bertrand lens, 360 graduated analyzer for optimum image extinction, and a DIN-compliant compensator slot that accepts all established compensators."
