The SR42UBEIS Industrial SmartRack Enclosure is ideal for customers who need to protect valuable equipment in harsh working environments that would overwhelm a typical rack. The enclosure has a NEMA 12 protection rating, which is equivalent to IP54. That means it can protect your equipment from falling dirt, dust, drips, splashes and accidental contact with personnel. The front and rear doors have ventilating louvers instead of open mesh. They also have a sealing gasket around the door frames. On the front door there are built-in dust filters. The filters are removable and they can be replaced with standard furnace filters - they're simple, inexpensive and effective. To compensate for the added air resistance of the filters, there are 12 large, high performance fans to the rear door. The fans pull air through the enclosure, from front to rear. The roof of the enclosure is sealed with a cap that keeps drips and falling dirt from getting inside the enclosure. Since the doors and top are sealed, cable access is provided through 6 cable ports - 4 in the roof and 2 below the rear door. They allow cables to pass through, but they block the area around the cables maintaining the NEMA 12 protection. The cabinet has a Zone 4 seismic rating. That means the SR42UBEIS can withstand extreme movement and vibration, equivalent to the stress of a major earthquake. Even if it is used in an area where earthquakes are rare, the Zone 4 seismic rating is useful in any industrial setting. The enclosure may be subjected to extreme vibrations and movements produced by vehicles and machinery. The heavy-duty steel frame supports up to 3000 pounds. The large-diameter industrial casters also support up to 3000 pounds, which means you can move the enclosure fully loaded. This is useful where you can install all your equipment in a clean environment, close the enclosure and wheel it to the dirty environment with all your equipment already protected. After the enclosure is in place, the levelers allow you to compensate for minor floor variations and make sure everything is stable. The UHBX-SW3 is a kit comprised of a multi-input wall-plate sender and an HDBaseT receiver. The wall-plate accommodates 2 HDMI and 1 VGA inputs with audio. The HDMI #1input also supports MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) with phone-charging feature to allow video presentation from a smart-phone using just a passive cable. The VGA input also accepts YPbPr Component video. The sender can manually or automatically switch between the various inputs and extends the video using HDBaseT standard. To control the power on/off function of the remote display, the wall-plate can generate RS232, and IR control signals which are extended using the same Cat6 cable. Virtually all VGA and HDMI resolutions are supported including 4K (UHD). 4K video can be extended to 330 ft (100m) while 1080p signals can go as far as 500 ft (150m). The wall-plate is powered through the same cable from the receiver using PoH (Power-over-HDBaseT) standard, making installations as simple as possible. The UHBX-R-PSE receiver includes a small power supply and provides HDMI, RS-232 and IR outputs.</p><p>To ensure a proper image on the display, the wall-plate's VGA input is scaled to 1080p. This eliminates compatibility issues with various notebook or PC VGA formats that may not be displayable on an HDMI TV if not scaled to a standard HDTV resolution such as 1080p. The user can also configure the unit to pass-through 3.5 mm audio input from an MP3 audio player independent of the VGA signal. </p><p>The system can manually or automatically control the power on/off function of the remote display. If a video is detected on the input, in automatic power mode, the wall-plate will issue the desired ON command, and if there is no video, it can issue an OFF command after a programmed delay. The power commands can be RS232, IR, or CEC based on the user's needs. To select the control method and to enter the commands, a USB port is provided on the wall-plate for programming using Hall Research's free Windowsr GUI software. In addition, the wall-plate features an IR detector that can extend IR signal to the remote receiver. In this way, an IR remote can be pointed to the wall-plate and its signal will be extended to the TV.</p><p>The UHBX-SW3 complies fully with HDBaseT Alliance's design specifications and may be connected to displays or projectors with HDBaseT inputs without the external receiver.
